Karen's DESIGN career includes Advertising Art
Director at several AAAA agencies in Albany (NY), Baltimore, and New York;
Art Director of Baltimore Magazine; Instructor of Advertising Design
at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA); Director of Product Development and Design for a trend_novelty lighting company. Karen holds seven design
patents; numerous registered trademarked designs for LOGO, PACKAGING,
and PRODUCT DESIGN; and has won several design and advertising awards. In addition to OLSON CREATIVE's current endeavors, Karen continues studies in PHOTOGRAPHY at FIT.
Margy's extensive experience includes GRAPHIC, PUBLICATION, PACKAGING, PRODUCT, and ADVERTISING DESIGN. Margy and Karen met while working at Baltimore Magazine. Margy became and remains an integral part of the OLSON CREATIVE team providing GRAPHIC, PRODUCT, and PACKAGING DESIGN. OLSON CREATIVE is very fortunate to have Margy working with us_both for her talent and friendship.

Steve, our friend and colleague from the UK, trained as a fine artist in London, received his Masters of Art at the Royal College of Art, prior to developing and designing products for the GIFT industry. Steve
provided PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, DESIGN, and SALES support to a trend_novelty lighting company where he
met Karen and Margy. Steve is an excellent ILLUSTRATOR, DESIGNER. Notable UK companies Steve has worked with include Boots, Argos, Debenhams, Woolworths, Makro, Leading Edge, and The Gadget Shop.
